Renting a unit is simple. You will need to sign a rental contract and pay the beginning rent due (any pro-rated months will require the next full month in addition) plus a $20 deposit. The deposit is refunded once you have removed all of your items from the storage unit and property, swept the unit, removed your lock and have notified Craig that you are no longer using the unit. The deposit will not be refunded, including but not exclusive to, the payments not being current, if there is damage to the unit, unit has not been swept, trash has been left or notice of the move out has not been given prior to the next billing cycle. Depending on the damage by the lessee there may be additional charges applied to the account to cover the cost of repairs.
Rent is pro-rated when moving in but not when moving out. The rent is always due on the 1st of each month. Willow Grove Rentals usually sends out a statement each month but not always, so just remember that the rent is always due on the 1st of each month. You will provide your own lock and are allowed 1 lock per door, the second hole for a lock on the latch is for management use. The units are rented on a month to month basis.
